Question: Should you sell your property yourself or hire a Realtor®?

Short Answer: It's not as as easy as saying one or the other.

So, you have decided to sell your property. And hopefully you’ve already made a list of tasks you must develop to successfully carry out this transaction.

Now you must decide if you are going to sell the property yourself or if you are going to hire a real estate agent.

Is selling it myself the best option?

The first option that comes to mind is to sell the property ourselves.

It is a task that does not require advanced knowledge and after all, if we sell it alone, we will not have to pay a commission, right? This may seem like the best option available and you may even succeed; however, I want you to understand something:
