Living along the coast of South Florida has its perks.
Everything is close by: malls, shopping centers, grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. The beach is always minutes away. It is the everlasting resort life!

The weather
It is one of Florida's most endearing qualities. The weather here in south Florida is ever changing. It varies from day to day though normally it stays mostly sunny. We have a nice breeze most days with an occasional sun-shower which simply means that although the sun is out there is sporadic drizzling. It's a little annoying at times, but its Florida's way of saying I'll cool you off with a light sprinkle of rain.
The sun. Ah the sun, it can get a bit hot at times but if you have enough protection you can head to the beach, walk around the parks, go bike riding along many of our parks and bike trails and truly enjoy the beauty of our wonderful south Florida.
Come and stay a while!
