Pricing:

• Based on the current market, which is analyzed daily by me as your dedicated eXp agent and the team, we will evaluate where your home will stand among competition
• As your eXp agent, we will help and guide you to determine the asking price based on your targeted goal and the current market shifts

 
 
Marketing:

• As your Realtor, we then add an accurate listing to the MLS system, immediately making it available to all active real estate agents in your area and popular real estate search websites such as: Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, and Facebook to name a few of the thousands of sites which will feature your property.
